Google VS Baidu?

I believe many people must know or maybe using Google adwords, but if you having a Chinese website or want to sale things to China, which one you could like to go first?

Baidu - most used Chinese search engine in China, but set up process is really complicated, many paper work, processing, abroad money transfer.

Or,

Google - most used in world, but not in China, easy to set up and easy to run, easy payment.

If I wanted to move into the Chinese market I would have a specific Chinese site and run it separately from the ROW business and use the Chinese search engines and advertising partners.

I would just roll up my sleaves and complete the paperwork, set up money trasfers - and make sure a Chinese local person who knows how it works over there helped me to understand how to approach the market. However, if HK was my main target, I would probably just go with Google Adwords...

you focus on Chinese market, you need Baidu;
you focus on international market, you need Google.

If you are only referring for local market in china, then you must use Baidu which is more use in china rather than to use Google even if it the most use SE in the world.
