Thread: Google Indexing before SEO for similar products.

I have a problem where Google doesn't index similar products on my site which is a nightmare for electrical goods as products often use a name or number which differs slightly for different specs.

Example SRP-350 & SRP-350plus.

There could be 10 variations on the SRP-350 and Google just picks one and ignores the rest. Or sometimes it lists a few products under a category heading and ignores the products underneath. Each product has different meta data and unique content.

Any Ideas on how to get Google to index the similar products apart from link building?

Any help will stop the loss of my hair.

do the products have unique descriptions? (I mean incontent)

Yes they do. They all have the same part of the model number in though.

Example Bixolon SRP-350 & Bixolon SRP-350plus. & SRP-350CG

I tried changing the descriptions the meta data the SEO'd url but still google ingnores them!

can you show your website? maybe there is any other factor which is interfering your indexation

Sure, but as I am new to this forum I can't post links but it is bluehare.co.uk then go to printers and thermal receipt printers for the examples. Thanks for your help.

The pages have not 100% unique content. Several sentences are duplicated from other websites. If you don`t want to build links for indexing, you should at least create 100% unique content

So it has to be 100% I see. Do you know of any tools that check your content against other sites?

As your keywords have miner changes on different pages, then you will use unique description for each page with using page title for which you write description.
