I started blogging recently. What should i do for link exchange ,If it has any
strategy. And Should I get links from related blogs only or any category else .

it would be better if it is from related blogs...
also consider looking for authority sites, with less outbound links, dofollow and with PR.

You will do reciprocal link building for your blog....
