Ya, I am completely agree with your view that manual submission of links is much preferable than automatic SEO softwares. Whether it decreases the time of submission, but it can be harmful for the Website also as search engines can penalize the website.

I also prefer 100% manual submission only because in case of automated submission chances of getting banned by google are more.

There is nothing better than manual submissions and although it does take a little longer to get the results the results in the end are much better. Plus I think it is a little easier to track which ones are worth submitting to again. If you do it manually then you can come up with a pretty good list of sites where you or your clients have a huge chance of getting listed.

I agree i heard a lot of company that offers such technique was being penalized by google. Better to less amount of links but surely.

Get links exchange with blogs although initially they have PR lower than you.

They need it; So will accept quickly!!!

I only believe in manual link building because this is the perfect way for link building. In auto link request you doesn't come to know about the quality of the page where you are going to submit your link. In manual request at least you know that what kind of work is going on.

Manual link building or request is time consuming process but this is only one of the best method.
