2.off page seo
Which is the most important for seo?

Both. Although, off page seo might be a bit hard to achieve without on page...

as i thnk on page seo is the most important, if your site contain very unique ideas, it must rank well!

one doesn't work well without the other... proper on page seo should be followed by a quality off page seo to get more successful results

I believe content is the backbone of your SEO efforts.
Backlinks are important but if your site content sucks, so will your results.

Always follow the White Hat technique and avoid the black hat technique.

If your site url is mainly found in blogs can't that be a bad thing ?

Yes, too much blog spam can be harmful. Depends on the website itself though...

Think of it as on-page SEO is your foundation. Without a foundation a building has nothing to stand on

Think of off-page SEO as your building. It makes yourself visible but then it's foundation is vital

So you see, one is worthless without the other. When it comes to ranking factor, off-page SEO eats up roughly 70% but then what will you rank for when your on-page SEO is blank?

Backlink is important for off page seo.We know that we can get backlink through article submission, directory submission, blog submission, social bookmarking,forum posting etc but i want to know what are the effective ways of genrating useful back links?

Both works well if combined in the right manner. However, backlinking provides more online visibility.

i think off page and on page both are important but off page is more important.

If any one want to get high rankings then i think off page optimization is better than on page optimization.There are many method to get high rankings.But one of the effective method is link submission. you can get link as article submission, directory submission,forum posting, Blog submission,social book marking etc.

Well depends on the website or blog but off page seo optimization is hard to achieve but necessary to get high ranking

I agree that off-page SEO will eat up at least 70% of the time you spend implementing SEO, But when it comes to branding and establishing solid long term rankings, on-page SEO(content, title tags, heading tags, internal linking etc...) is by far just as important if not slightly more so, especially when it comes to ranking on Google. Someone can easily generate more links to a site to rank well for a keyword phrase, but without proper on-page SEO, your rankings will surely lose traction unless you continuously build links. A site with great on-page SEO will rank well with minimal off-page SEO efforts.
