    How to get Page Rank of new Blog..?In how much time my blog will get 1 PR and what Google consider for PR???

    It will take much time. I suggest dont concentrate on blog alone, do also social boomarking, social networking, press release submission, article submission, directories and listing site. After that i will assure you that it will help you increase you PR.
