Thread: New Feature - Video Answers - Please Read...

Hi Folks,

Im thinking about launching a new feature here on seoforums.org, where you guys can field any questions you like, and I will do my best to answer them fully, give demonstrations where appropriate, and get into real detail on the subject, using video (that you can watch right here on the board).

Hi. I was thinking that the video not only answers questions, but it would be like a weekly or monthly thing where you cover such hot topics. etc.

Hello to all!
My first post on this forum and I have a specific question to ask.

I had my site crawled by a spider simulator from justsearching.co.uk.
The result was a mass of jumbled text (my message) and programme code.
Does this matter?
What can I do about it?

First, great looking site you have here. Great selection of SEO tools as well.

Which brings me to my second point which is...great use of knowledge putting this site together. Next time I need an example to show how a site used excellent SEO methods while keeping the site attractive and user friendly...this will be it.

Third...we all know video has and continues to rise as the preferred medium online. Adding it as a tool to this site is the next logical move. No need for our approval. Although once this site takes off and is being nailed hourly my only concern is the load times. Maybe it is best to use the video sites out there currently to carry that load for you. Not to mention it is also another outlet to brand yourself, and if you chose, and outlet to bring additional income in from the advertising within videos.

Forth...since this site appears to be just getting off the ground, I suggest to start the videos as a beginner, moderate advanced. Can only help to draw the new comers in. After them others are sure to follow which I am sure will include contributors.

thanks for the comments, well thought out indeed, and I agree with your pont on starting with the video's at a beginners level, thats most likely what Im going to do.

On that subject, I got tooled up two weeks ago with a high def camera, and some nifty editing software, but my video production skills arent up to my site optimization ones (yet!)

@MOGmartin the idea to depict all the solutions with a distinct video, i think amazing.. it will surely going to help all the blokes here to know the answer of his/her particular SEO related queries.

I support this idea, and would like a proper video done by an seo that answers the question: "Does Google ban for paid links?", my consensus is no, obviously :P Let me know if you want any research/info I have gathered.
