I am using agrizlive.com for free link exchange. But i have decided to change the url for seo friendly.

i was looking for freelinkexchange.in but it was already taken.

Is it good idea to buy free-link-exchange.in?

Consider other TLDs

Dont buy link exchange ...It doesn't sounds good when you are doing SEO .. put more backlinks and good content in your site...

FYI "On my old site I had a domain with 3 words and 3 - and it was hard to grow any rank with it. So when I got a new domain name a year later I backed the site up and downloaded it to my pc. Then I completely deleted that site from the server. I then uploaded the same content to the new domain and I did better in serp's and in Alexa within just a couple of weeks. keywords are important in you're domain name but for some reason the -'s hurt you and I don't really know why.

Domain is too long and if you want someone to remember your brand name they are more than likely to forget the hyphens. Why would you want to set up a domain offering link exchanges/reciprocal linking anyway, this is now a thing of the past with little worth, is it not?

I am agree with Davey, your long site domain name and 3 times - use are make slow your ranking....
