Thread: Can I have too many internal lnks? Also META keywords?

Hi there people,

I would just like to ask for some professional advice if you dont mind helping out i would be very grateful.

I am re-developing a website that someone else has done before, this is going to be the biggest site i have ever built and it is for my new boss. Currently their SEO sucks big time and i really think i can help. Currently there are sooo many internal links directing to various pages in the site... I know that links are good but if you have too many is this bad?

The other thing is is it worth putting loads of META tag keywords in the HEAD? i hear that Google doesnt even look at these anymore. Is it true?

One more thing i am now placing loads of "em" and "strong" tags in the content for keywords as currently there is NONE at all. is this a good thing for SEO?

more internal links are not good, try to keep some beneficial links.
Right, Google not read meta tag keywords after a limit.

I suggest to remove all of them then start building some quality and relevant links..
