Thread: Using youtube for SEO

I make videos and when uploading to youtube usually include a link to my website. How does google view this? Will it see a youtube video with a lot of hits as a sign of popularity for my website? What's the best way to work with youtube in this way. ie/ upload all videos to the same youtube account or spread them out over several accounts?
