I want to increase my sites PR, its PR is 0 from last two months and I am continue to working on link building and directories, But The PR is not increasing. Please give me suggestion.

you have to do link building with relevant anchor text and update your site content regularly.

Also I find it depends on age of site, if you've only had domain 2 months, Google may not have assigned yours yet.
